Karl in Germany built this site. It has lots of very good information, especially on the electrics. And depending on how good your German is, a very active forum. These are the guys who have "suffered" their own restoration, they give a blow-by-blow description. If you have a technical question and need it answered, one of these sites is the place to go. Yahoo clubs vintagebmwmotorcycles Lots of good technical information, Ed Korn tools designer and maker. Don't bother messing around and trying to make your own special tools like I did, just get them from Ed. Lots of other stuff too.
